Shipping/Delivery Information: For deliveries within Australia
we use Australia Post.If your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery
time please contact info@dirty-baby.com.au by email or phone 1300 018 745. We promise
that we will do our utmost to sort out the problem.
International Orders: We do not ship international orders.
Standard Service: In general, we will usually deliver your order in 3-7 business
days. Australia Post Shipping charges are as follows:

Express Service: Upon request, we can ship your order to arrive within 1-2 business
days. Please add $10 to above charges for next day delivery . Orders must be received
by 3pm EST to ship the same day.
Out of Stocks: If we are not able to fulfill any of your order
for any reason we will refund your payment using your original payment method and
notify by email immediately. If we can fill a part order we will ask you if you
want to proceed with the part order and refund the balance using the original payment
method. You can cancel the whole order should you so wish.
Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products and to maintain proper hygiene, our products cannot be
returned. All products are quality guaranteed and will be replaced upon defect.
Damaged Goods, Lost Packages, & Shipping Errors: We will take care of any shipping
damages, problems or oversights with your order. Please contact us within 48 hours
of order receipt to notify us of the problem. Please save all packaging until instructed
to discard. Please note: replacements/refunds will not be granted if these instructions
are not followed.
GST: GST applies to all sales in Australia. All prices are GST inclusive.
Currency: All prices and transactions are in Australian Dollars.
Credit Card Details
Accepted Payment Forms: We accept Visa & Master Card. We also accept
checks and money orders for mail orders. Mail orders will ship when payment has
cleared our account. Please make check and money orders payable to "Neplusultra
Investments Pty Ltd", the parent company of Dirty Baby Australia. Payment is due
upon the time of order. Your card details are protected by our secure payment system.
We do not keep any card details for any purpose. If you supply us with your card
details for manual processing of a part order we will destroy all details as soon
as the payment is processed.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours and/or if we
have NOT started processing your order. If we have started processing your order
and/or if you request cancellation after 4 hours, regardless of reason, a 25% cancellation/restocking
fee will be charged.
Disclaimer: While our products are all natural and suitable for even the most sensitive
skin types, we cannot account for all skin types and all allergies (known or unknown).
We assume NO liability if any adverse skin reactions occur while using Bath & Body
products purchased from us. Please test out on a small portion of the skin prior
to use to ensure product safety.
Natural Products: Because our products are all natural, the ingredients can settle
and separate if left unused. This will not affect the quality of the product. Just
shake or squeeze the product so that ingredients mix together again. Please keep
products out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If products do encounter
extreme temperatures just store again at room temperature to allow product to get
back to normal. Shaking or squeezing the product may be necessary once it has reached
room temperature again to restore product integrity. Any questions, please call
us and someone will be happy to assist you. The shelf life of our products upon
good customer handling should be 6-12 months.
Our Lawyers Advise We Have to Reserve Our Rights on the following:
- To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the contact details you have provided. All monies paid will be refunded immediately using the original payment received.
- To cancel an order subject to availability of stock. All our offers are subject to availability of stock items. If we can fill a part order we will ask you if you want to proceed with the part order and refund the balance using the original payment method.
- To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide. Our payment systems are best practice but these days we may need to run some more controls.
- Weather and climate stuff happens so, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: strikes, floods etc.) but we promise we will do our best to get the dirty-baby to you.
- We are both bound by the carriers' policies. We will follow up any claims we can pursue and may need your cooperation should such a claim against a carrier arise.
